Some Explanation

Okay, the reason we need to know when you're not going to be able to access a computer, is because
A)If we have an Activity Check while you're away, we need to know not to delete your character
B)If your character is not going to be here, we don't want people talking to your characters
C)If there's a poll that everyone needs to take part in, then we wouldn't want to mad because you didn't vote
D)If you're a mod and during your absence there's an important project that needs a lot of help, we wouldn't want to get mad at you since you weren't here

and the reason you need to reply to an Activity Check, is
A)First, an Activity Check is a post that everyone needs to reply to if they don't want their characters deleted
B)You wouldn't want your characters deleted
C)If you miss multiple Activity Checks because you're away for a year (very ulikely) we might delete your account
